The Standard Scissor Clip mounts to any 9/32" circular hole. When a security cable or padlock is attached to the clip, it cannot be removed from the hole. The 9/32" cross hole in the standard scissor clip is compatible with all FLEXGUARD padlocks, the light duty security cable, and the standard security cable.
