The Large Scissor Clip mounts to any 9/32" circular hole. When a security cable or padlock is attached to the clip, it cannot be removed from the hole. The 3/8" cross hole in the large scissor clip is compatible with all FLEXGUARD padlocks and the heavy duty security cable.
